Entry Level Sales

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Willing to learn how to become a successful salesperson
  • Maintaining the standard inside sales office hours, but also willing to go the extra mile if needed
  • Participating in focused cold-calling, during scheduled power hours
  • Providing a consultative sales approach that adds value to the customer
  • Identifying & closing cross- and up-sell opportunities
  • Supporting the forecasting process with weekly projections and close commits
  • Acting as a capable, individual contributor to the sales team yet able to effectively function in a team environment

Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist for the technology department, you’ll be part of our Technical Services team. You’ll use your expert knowledge of the Windows platform on which our proprietary software products are based to provide our clients with excellent support and to find ways to improve our products and manage processes.

 

We’re not a call center, and we don’t have tiered support. You’ll be empowered to take our clients’ needs and suggestions and act on them. Our Product Specialists work on a myriad of different projects, maintaining the highest standards for keeping our customer-focused mission. It’s a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere where our customers are treated with white glove service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and approve QC to products for installation at client sites
  • Train clients how to use our solution (travel up to 25%)
  • Lead several simultaneous projects and priorities to ensure that no critical task gets dropped
  • Answer customer questions and follow up on requests for support in a timely manner
  • Write and proof self-service articles for our Knowledge Base
  • Keeping our clients’ solutions up-to-date with our newest features, fixes, and patches

 

Required Skills

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills and the gift of explaining complicated things simply
  • A love of technology and appreciation for the positive impact technology can make in the lives of end users
  • Project management skills are essential, along with an ability to coordinate multiple moving parts at once
  • As a natural problem solver, you don’t give up when you don’t know all the answers right away

 

Required Education / Experience

  • Knowledge of SQL & Flash a plus
  • Experience with technology troubleshooting, computer networking, and Windows environments is required
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field or commensurate professional experience
  • CompTIA A+, MCITP, MCP Certifications welcome

Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Participating in focused cold-calling, during scheduled power hours
  • Selling solutions in such a way as to maximize deal size, client satisfaction and overall project success
  • Analyzing client business needs to grow current and inactive accounts and leveraging corporate relationships to facilitate brand-wide sales
  • Identifying & closing cross- and up-sell opportunities
  • Supporting the forecasting process with weekly projections and close commits
  • Engaging with key decision makers to collaboratively identify, sell, close, and continually manage prospects and identify opportunities
  • Acting as a capable individual contributor to the sales team yet able to effectively function in a team environment

Position Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of direct, consultative selling skills
  • Courteous, professional, and effective communication within all levels of the organization and customer base
  • Excellent rapport builder that promotes long term relationships with clients over the phone
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency using quoting and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel PRM (up to 25%)

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a successful B2B Sales professional with a record of performance and quota achievement within a high-performing sales team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing or similar from a four-year college or university, or commensurate professional experience
